We work hard to deliver every capsule at its chosen moment, but we do not currently offer a contractual guarantee of delivery. Please read Delivery for exactly what we do and don't promise today.
The service is provided "as is" during MVP. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect stored capsules.
To the extent permitted by law, INHERIT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
